Often asked question how did you get into Clowning?
Since I was 12 years old I have collected and been a follower of Clowns. I always said one day I wanted to go busking as a Clown. My daughter shall we call her Strawberry the Clowns 4th birthday was coming up and I wanted to hire an Entertainer and there was none in the Town we lived in Wanganui.So I decided to be a Clown at her birthday. I found the most wonderful pair of Clowns pants at the op shop, they were black with large colourful stars scattered around them .Not only was I a Clown but I turned all the Children into Clowns too. I was asked to be a Clown at friends Childs birthday the next weekend and then invited to a school and they offered to pay me.
At this stage I thought I could follow my dreams and have a job to.
This was the beginning of Myrtus Star the Clown
One Sat morning I woke up and decided to go roaming in Town as a Clown.
I lacked the braveness required to do it on my own. So I woke up my 4 year old Daughter and said do you want to dress up as Clowns and go into Town?
So we Got Clowned up and headed into Town as Clowns for the first time!!!!!
That was the beginning of Strawberry the Clown
From that day on we have developed a passion for Clowning and given it everything we have and today

Myrtus Star the Clown it would be rude to discuss the age of, however Strawberry the Clown is only 9 years old and she has been Clowning professionally for five years now. Since she was 4 years old.
We are Mobile Clowns to your Town
Due to our love of traveling and our life style living in our mobile home we are able to offer a mobile Clown service, our travel and accommodation costs are low and we reflect that in our prices.
The Clown Experience
Started at the Top 10 Holiday park in Hastings New Zealand,in Jan 2007 where we had the support of the manager and staff to develop the Clown Experience in the T.V room. We put on 3 or 4 shows a week to holiday makers from New Zealand and in fact the world.As we were working on our new ideas the response we were getting was amazing,The Clown Experience Began!!!
